October Collector Club Newsletter is Here!! Maple Leaves & Hoofbeats Event Models Revealed!!!

The October Collector Club newsletter is finally here!!! Let's take a look inside.

It is time renew and/or join clubs for next year. With this comes the reveal of club exclusive models, especially for the deluxe club and spring web special release.

Meet Lavinia!!

Lavinia will be a Collector Club exclusive model for next year and will more than likely be the spring web special just like Maddox was for this year. She appears to be a grey pinto on the Rhiannon/Gypsy Vanner mare mold. I really like her, I am really looking forward to her official release and snagging her once she's available for purchase.

Meet Kiana!!
Kiana is the bonus stablemate for the Deluxe Collector Club next year. She will be a 50/50 split of matte and gloss finish. She appears to be on the new Arabian mare mold that may be a mini of a vintage traditional scale mold. She has a rich bay coat. I'm hoping for the glossy, she is also featured on the pin that she also comes with.
next article covers the announcement of Corgi Hill Flinka, our Celebration Horse for 2026. The Christmas/holiday store and exclusive models and merchandise are now available.
Meet Nick!!
He is the Christmas plushy for this year. He's kinda cute, but doesn't really do it for me so he's not one I would desperately want or need for my collection. I will also be covering the other models in another post a little later.
This month's featured story is about the behind the scenes making of this year's Halloween model, Arachne, with artist Christine Jordan.

Monthly Giveaway!!
This month's giveaway is a Halloween lot that contains Maelstrom, Ratsputin, and a full of series 3 & & of the Spooky Surprise Stablemates. Again I am going to skip it as I have most of those already and want to focus on one's I don't have yet.

Sneak Peak!!
The sneak peak appears to be a shoulder or hindquarters of a model that is pitch black with a glossy finish. I am guessing it will be the "coal" for the Santa's Surprise Models for this year which I cannot wait to see!!

The models for the Maple Leaves and Hoofbeats event this weekend have been reveled!! Let's take a look, I will be going more in depth of them in another post as I want to wait for in hand photos.
Looks like an exciting lineup!! Can't wait to see the other models such as the center piece model to be revealed!!

That's it for this post! Have a happy and safe Halloween!! See y'all later!!!

Tractor Supply (TSC) Exclusive Models Have Been Revealed!!!

The Tractor Supply Co. exclusive Breyers have finally been revealed!!

Meet Brooks!!

Brooks is a Morgan/Paint Horse cross, he sports a buckskin tobiano pinto coat. This guy was leaked earlier this year as someone was offering him for sale on a Chinese site, he more than likely was snuck out of the factory and for awhile it was up in the air if because of this he would be officially released at all. I'm glad he's still official as I love his coloring and have been waiting for a nice pinto on this mold.

Meet Colby!!
Colby is one the San Domingo mold in a dark varnish roan coat. This guy was also leaked earlier this year and made an appearance on the same Chinese website, it is believed Colby and Brooks were both snuck out of the factory by the same person then listed the same day. There was also a third with them but no box, it was a metallic pink pinto on the Strapless mold that has yet to make an appearance, some speculate it is either a Christmas web special or an OOAK, hoping for the web special as she was cool looking and my mom's favorite color is pink and I've gotten her pink models in the past. Anyways, I really like Colby as he's an appaloosa coloring I am really drawn to for some reason. Glad he is still official.

Meet Martina!!
Martina is on the Forever Saige/Mustang mare mold in a bay coat. Her original listing on the TSC website was her first appearance as she was not a factory escapee. I do like her and it's nice to see this mold get more releases and in simpler coats. Definitely getting her.

Meet Emery!!
Emery is on the Tigerlily/Standing Quarter Horse Mare mold in a blue black pinto coat with corduroy texture markings to symbolize the corduroy jacket FFA members wear. I like her, she's not solid blue like the other FFA benefit models save for the one on the Flash mold. She should look really cool once in hand and I like that she is a benefit model. For those that don't know what FFA is, it stands for Future Farmers of America and is a bit like/more of a hard core version of 4H. It's really big farther into the south and didn't know or hear of it till I moved to Kentucky, I only knew of 4H and tried to do it once but it's hard to do when you live in the burbs right outside the Twin Cities. So I will be getting her once she comes.

All made an appearance on the TSC website last month then got pulled more than likely being released to early (Brooks & Colby are available online again as of currently, Martina & Emery may come later), then there was more confusion this year on when they'd arrive in stores as some didn't know/have an exact date, others didn't know about them at all as they aren't on any incoming inventory list of stuff that was ordered, and then some said they would be online only but Breyer nor TSC as a whole company have not said if they are online only or will be both in-person and online like years past. Also the ones that said they may come in store would be by mid November as that's when another large shipment to the main big distribution center for the country arrives. Really hoping they come in stores near me as it is easier and cheaper plus fun to pick one that calls to you and has particular shading you like plus avoiding major flaws.

That's all I have for this post, see y'all in the next one!!

Breyerfest 2026: Celebration Horse Revealed!!!! Speculations & Guesses.

The Breyerfest 2026: Midsummer/Midsommar Celebration Horse has been revealed!!

Meet Corgi Hill Flinka!!!!

Corgi Hill Flinka is a 15 year old Norwegian Fjord mare. Flinka came into her owner, Alexandria Andrasko, life by chance in 2014. They found their niche in the show ring after some dabbling in show jumping and driving. Soon they started moving up the levels, showing you don't need to have long legs or be a flashy warmblood to perform upper level movements. At first, second, and third levels they have remained undefeated.
Flinka has made a name for herself at Midwestern shows and has also won multiple national championships, including the US National Pony Cup in fourth level and the Prix St. George. She has also come home with multiple FEI high point and breed awards and has helped Alexandria secure her USDF Bronze and Silver medals, and her Gold medal is in progress. They are currently competing at the intermediate levels and have their sights on the Grand Prix ring.
Flinka and Alexandria travel all over to participate in in various children's and adult's therapy sessions. Alexandria, the little fjord is a dream come true in more ways she could've imagined. Flinka is truly her heart horse and has shown her the impossible cane become possible through a lot of love, heart, work, and some sass.

Flinka's model!!
Corgi Hill Flinka is represented on the Norwegian Fjord Mare, aka Astrid, mold and sports her grey dun coat. The stock photos make her look more like a bay dun or cream dun, also called brown dun or brunblakk, but the in hand model in the video looks more like her real coat of grey dun. I love her and I am ecstatic that a fjord is the celebration horse and Breyer is representing more fjords, especially as a portrait model. I was really hoping for a fjord celebration horse rather than a mere guest horse, I feel we've had enough warmbloods as teh celebration horse and more representation of fjords by Breyer and making the spotlight on them was a must for me. I love her!! She's so cute!! Unfortunately for some reason people on social media have an issue with her, they claim all fjords look alike and she's too identical to Zorah Belle even though they and their models are vastly different if you really look. The stock photos of her models don't do her justice as when I first saw them I thought they made her coat too light but when I saw the video and in hand model it looked more like her coloring and shading. Also at the end of the day, as long as the owner is happy with the model of their horse that's all that matters. Regardless I am still very happy and am excited to get her and see her next year at Breyerfest. Also can't wait to see the rest of the Breyerfest models set to be revealed next year!!

That's all I have for this post, more Breyerfest 2026 speculations and guesses to come in the future plus more. See y'all later!!

A lot of these are new releases and am quite surprised they are being retired. Cash originally while stated to be a mid year release, but when the competition was first announced it seemed like the model would be a regular run but now he is limited edition. Anniversary models and other limited releases are no surprise. The Seahearts I guess didn't do as well as they thought so they are now pulling all releases, surprised there isn't more for Collect-A as awhile ago I saw something that new releases for next year will be revealed by the end of the year and seemed like there was going to be quite a bit released for next year. The Black Stallion book and model set I am slightly surprised as the Black Stallion series is quite popular, but the rest have been a release for awhile so it is time for them to go to make room for new releases. Same with the stablemates.

That's all I have for now, see y'all in the next one!!

Rowan and Javier Have Arrived!! Last of Breyerfest Haul Has Arrived!! Halloween Haul!!

 Rowan and Javier are here!!

My Rowan and Javier are here and they are beautiful. My Rowan does have a tiny bit on pink on three of his fetlocks, but no where near as bad as others I've seen reported on social media. So I am happy with him and his coloring is a bit better in person, and I am really happy I got the glossy version of Javier as I haven't had much luck with glossy splits with some releases like I have in the past.

I ordered some stuff online during Breyerfest from triple Mountain and had to wait a bit for it to arrive as I did have a preorder item with my order and usually she doesn't ship out till everything has arrived. Got some exciting stuff that I couldn't wait to arrive and am so happy they are finally here to see in person!!

I got another Peter Stone, Impressive Kaycee Too, despite a chipped ear he seemed like such a great deal I couldn't pass up and he had been available for a while, his ear could've been the cause of that but I don't mind it as the rest of him is in great shape. I also finally got my first Hartland!! It's Bedouin Princess on the Lady Princess mold, she's missing her foal so I'll be on the look out for him next. Other wise she's in fairly decent shape for her age, some scratches and wear and tear, she possibly could've been lightly played with and possible scratches if stowed away for some time. I do love a good grey Arabian and I've liked the Hartland Arabians most form the pics I've seen of them. I got the rest of the 2014 World Equestrian Games (WEG) models that were available, the two classic scales were new in box but I took them out to put the bonus blankets on them. So far I've only named the two classics and am still thinking of ones for the stablemates. They are Swan Song (grey Ruffian on left) and Ruby Sunset (chestnut Johar on right). I also got a glossy WIA Criollo, I have wanted the Criollo for a while and he kept selling out, the glossy one was new for limited amount and was the preorder and I'm glad I got one as now I have a glossy WIA as the rest are matte. The 90th anniversary rainbow appaloosa Schleich I couldn't pass up as he is so cool looking and I haven't gotten a Schleich in a while so this was a good excuse to get one. Got a vintage My Little Pony (MLP) club patch, looks like for gen 1 and gen 2 era, a Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron promotional button, it was also on there for a while and surprised no one snatched it up as most of the hobby like me loves and adores that movie plus grew up with it.  Then lastly I got the Peter Pegasus funko pop as I had been eyeing for awhile and decided now was a good time to get him.

Halloween haul is here!!

I got Screech, Webster who is super cute, 2 blind bag spooky stablemates but I got dupes of Tabitha unfortunately, and the pin plus one for my mom. I do like the metallic blue on Screech and mini Tabitha, plus the feather blaze on screech is really cute too. Fairly decent Halloween haul for the year.

That's all I have for this post, see y'all in the next one!!

September Newsletter, Brick & Mortar Special Model, CCA Event Round 2, & Iquitos!!

September newsletter is here!! Let's take a look inside!!

Meet Juriaan!!

Juriaan is the fall Collector Club special run. He is on the Vermeer/Friesian/Friesian Sport Horse mold. He is is a rich glossy light chestnut coat.He is available while supplies last, he costs $75. I got to see him in the Collector Club tent this past Breyerfest and knew I had to have him once available, I ordered him right away when he became available online and can't wait for him to arrive!!

A new workshop is also available, learning how to do paint detailed hair on appaloosas, the deluxe club bonus stablemates are also available!! Plus they come with the pin for the club, slightly hoping for the Wedgewood or Copenhagen for the deco as you get two, the other is the bay/silver bay appaloosa. The gold models haven't thrilled me recently but the softer blues have been nice. The featured story is about showing model horses around the world, seems like a really interesting read. This months giveaway is Arachne, I'm skipping this one as I plan to get Arachne at a later time. Last but certainly not least, the sneak peak!!
This looks to be the winter raffle model as most of the time they are silver filigree. Some are speculating Bristol, one said Esprit but thankfully for me he was already used, that one was Alpine and I still need to get for my conga.

Meet Rosanna!!
This year's Brick & Mortar special model is on the Shagya Arabian mold in a rose grey coat. She was revealed not long ago and wasn't long before she was being offered up, this one arrived not long after I preordered so I guess they got the stock in right away and then sent her out right away. I love rose greys so I am glad I was able to get her.

The second round of the CCA event has also come but like always can't really afford at the moment, especially after ordering Juriaan who also doesn't count towards it as it's only regular run stock that qualifies. Maybe one year I will be able to and also hopefully with really good models then too.

Meet Iquitos!!

Iquitos was the sneak peak from the previous newsletter & he was in fact part of the wild animal serious. He is based off poison dart frogs and is named after a region in South America. He is done on the Bristol mold, which has had a lot of web special/web raffle releases lately. He is gorgeous and I like he has a color gradient vs just being blue like most poison dart frogs when you look them up and they can come in other colors, blue just seems to be a popular type chosen.

That's all I have for this post, see y'all in the next one!!
(Info and pic of Juriaan and sneak peak come from Breyer, last two pics belong to me)

August Collector Club Newsletter & Halloween Models!!

August newsletter has arrived!! Let's take a look!!

There's a new exclusive workshop covering layering acrylic paints, announcement about the Halloween store for 2025, National Fun Day update for October 11th, throw back to Just About Horses January/February edition of 1999, giveaway is for a full set of Fylkir's past stablemate release for the stablemate club 2017. Entering to hopefully get the 2 I want, the silver black and the dunalino, only have the appaloosa and bay splash, appaloosa was the first one I got then the bay splash came in a grab bag. Those also happened to be my least 2 favorite versions, again I am a sucker for the dilutes of silver and double dilute of dun and palomino. So wish me luck in entering. There's also a survey about experience of being in the collector club, wonder what changes this could lead to.

last but not least, the sneak peak!!

Definitely not only a deco, but could be related to the Wild Animal series as that usually comes out around this time of year and Breyer seems to be continuing it for now. Could be lizard, frog, butterfly, possibly even a fish, doubt bird if they want to pick up the Birds of a Feather Series again in the future.

Halloween model are here!!

Meet Screech!!

Screech is the glow in the dark deco classic for this year's Halloween model!! He's dark metallic purpley blue with owl markings!! He more than likely was the sneak peak in the previous newsletter. I'm definitely getting him.

Meet Webster!!

Webster is the Halloween plushy for this year!! He is so cute!! He's got little spiders with webs and is very colorful with purple, pink and orange!! Definitely getting him!!

Spooky Surprise Blind Bags Series 7!!

This years Spooky Stablemates are minis of Thriller, Tabitha, and EEK!! I am ordering 2, last year I lucked out getting 2 different ones hoping the same for this year. I mostly like mini Tabitha and Thriller best. The mini Tabitha could've been the sneak peak, but I'm leaning more towards Screech based off how the stars look. Then of course there's a pin of the traditional model I also plan to get. I'll wait a little bit to get the traditional, Arachne.

That's it for this post, see y'all in the next one!!

(pics and info come form and belong to Breyer)

Surprise Horse Guesses!! Breyerfest is Tomorrow!!

With Breyerfest being tomorrow, I am in need of posting my guesses for this year's surprise model. I haven't have much time to think...
