First Breyerfest Reveals Are Here!!

It is time for Breyerfest models to be revealed in preparation or tickets to go on sale in February!! Let's take a look!!

Single Day Stablemates:

Meet Mimosa, Cava, Prosecco, and Bellini!!!

Mimosa:

Mimosa is done on the stablemate version of the Indian Pony mold. She is done in a gorgeous palomino pinto coat!! She is named after the alcoholic beverage that is made with champagne and fruit juice, traditionally orange juice and in my family sometimes an orange slice is added, blood orange is my fav. also this past Christmas I had two very small mimosa's while the family was over. One of the few alcoholic beverages I like and will drink.

Cava:
Cava is a handsome bay done on the Mirado mold, also known as the Cantering Andalusian mold. He also has a stripe and one sock. Cava is a type of sparkling wine that can be used instead of champagne and Prosecco. Honestly never heard of it till now till someone posted articles going over the beverages, this one was in a Martha Stewart article, mimosa was the only one I recognized but this makes sense as Breyer referred to this set as a bubbly group. It is made in Spain hence why he is an Andalusian.

Prosecco:
Prosecco is a rich black snowflake blanket appaloosa on the Augustus/Playful Draft Stallion mold. Prosecco is a sparkling white wine traditionally, oh well this guy's coloring is great and I'll pretend the spots are bubbles. It is made form Glera grapes in Italy.

Bellini:
Bellini is on the new Newport/Polo Pony mold in a handsome leopard appaloosa coat and the band sin his tail are Breyer's colors of blue and gold. Bellini is a cocktail made with Prosecco and peach puree.

I can't wait to get them in the VIP set!! I especially adore Mimosa as I am a sucker for palomino pintos as they aren't seen very often, especially not from Breyer.

Meet the first Special Run reveal!!
"Get This Party Started"!!
Get This Party started is a great way to start off the Breyerfest reveals! Her name comes from events Breyer would host at their headquarters for about 200 Just About Horses subscribers as they would have a party with a dance floor and dj with music. Those events are now the Collector Club Member exclusive events like Spurs & Spokes and Palm Trees & Ponies events form recent years, which is slightly fitting as Just About Horses is now only for Collector Club members to receive.
Get This Party Started is on the Connemara Mare, aka Croi, mold. She sports a stunning piebald (black & white) frame overo pinto coat. She even has blue eyes!! So far Breyer is off to a great start, and I am realluy thinking and feeling she is a must get for me at Breyerfest. I know there's still more to go but it feels hard to top her after this. My Connemara mare conga could use a new edition as it's been awhile, I think the most recent ones I got were when she was used for the Santa's Surprise a few years back.

We also got a reveal for the first Store Special/Limited Edition!! Let's meet her!!
"Belesema Sapphire"!!
Owner Meg Sleeper first met Belesema Sapphire, a chestnut Arabian mare, when her previous owner was no longer able to keep and take care of her. After a few months of training with the sensitive mare, Meg discovered she was very talented but also very herd bound and was lacking in confidence in herself and her rider which led to her acting out. This led Meg to decide it was best for Sapphire to only have one rider to build trust between each other. They went to work on solo trails and avoided group riders. This helped fortify a bond between them as well as a true team, now at 13 years old Sapphire is a force to be reckoned with and an endurance trail star! Sapphire's accomplishments include 1st place in the American Endurance Ride Conference's National 100 Mile Award and National Best Condition Award as well as 2023 Arabian Horse Association 100 Mile Award recipient.
Endurance riding is where a horse's ability to cover long distances over varying terrain, altitude, and weather is tested. It also tests the horse's fitness, stamina, and the connection between horse and rider.
Belesema Sapphire is portrayed on the Oasis version of the Arabian Mare mold, aka SJustadream. Her model also sports her rich chestnut coloring. Her red coloring matches well with a Padparadscha Sapphire making her a true gem.
I absolutely adore her. I am so glad this mold is being used again as it doesn't get used much anymore, and usually for limited edition/event models. Plus it's another chestnut on this mold next to SJustadream. My first Breyerfest was 2016 and this mold was used that year for Furano and that made me fall in love with this mold, SJustadream and other models on this mold I learned about later. I definitely will be getting her as I only have 2 on this mold, the formerly mentioned Furano and then Raia.

Princes and quantities haven't been listed yet. Maybe next week Breyer will have those listed and will launch the event exclusive models by then too. I will add those in later once those are announced. So with that being said. That is it for now, see y'all in the next one!!
